Online Access

1. How to Register for the Online Program

  1. Click the "Accept Invitation" Button

  2. Create a login account (this will be used to access all of your OC Academy materials moving forward.)

  3. You'll receive a verification code in your email

  4. Copy/Paste the verification code into the field to navigate to the participant page

  5. Click the Join Program button to send a "join group" request

  6. ​After we accept your request, you'll receive a confirmation email to let you know that you're in the group.

2. How to Access the Student Portal

  1. After you've been accepted  into the group, click on the Student Portal tab in the main menu

  2. You may be asked to enter the login you created in Step 1

  3. Use the My Coursework tab to access video lesson, downloadable worksheets, and recorded demos

  4. Use the Upload My Artwork folder to send student artwork to be added to the book, or receive feedback from an instructor

  5. Use the Schedule a One on One button to book a private session with an instructor about your story.
