Open to Chicago artists aged 10-18

RULE 1: You can only submit one ORIGINAL character per entry.

RULE 2: You can only submit your own artwork.

​​​

RULE 3: Must Enter by September 20th.

 

RULE 4: The voting period will take place between September 22nd and the 26th.

RULE 5: The entrant with the most votes wins a scholarship to OC Academy!
